Our transition curriculum and programming provides students with disabilities, ages 18-22 the ability to gain skills necessary to achieve their individual post-secondary outcome goals. By having a student centered approach, students are able to focus on employment/career exploration, postsecondary education/training, meaningful engagement in the community, self-advocacy skills, and independent living skills.
